Responsibilities:
Process patient payments accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
Provide receipts and manage billing queries.
Ensure excellent customer service and communicate with patients/patient relatives in a courteous and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cashier or similar role preferred.
- Must be able to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per the roster.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer literacy for processing payments and handling patient information.
