We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong interest in retail development to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will drive the growth and performance of our Pool Shops, lead all B2C market activities for Nabridas products (pools, tanks, pumps, water heaters and whole range of accessories), manage retail and Outdoor Sales teams, and devise innovative sales strategies to ensure a competitive market position and an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
1. B2C Market Oversight & Sales Strategy
- Primarily oversee all B2C market for Nabridas’ product offerings, including pools, tanks, pumps, water heaters and whole range of accessories across all retail outlets.
- Devise and propose sales strategies for new and innovative products in the B2C market.
- Conduct regular market and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
2. Indoor & Outdoor Sales - Team Management
- Lead and manage the retail sales force and outdoor sales team, ensuring performance alignment with company goals.
- Organise regular meetings to drive sales efforts and monitor progress towards targets.
- Encourage a results-driven culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
3. Performance Tracking & Strategic Reporting
- Compile and present sales statistics for regular Management reporting and committee discussions to aid in decision-making.
- Analyse sales data and KPIs to assess performance, identify trends, and recommend action plans.
- Track service delivery and implement improvements to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
4. Customer Experience & Marketing Collaboration
- Partner with the Marketing team to improve customer touchpoints, product visibility, and in-store engagement.
- Support brand representation through trade shows, marketing events, and product promotions.
5. Supplier Relationship Management
- Maintain regular and proactive supplier relationships to ensure optimal product quality and competitive pricing.
- Stay up to date on supplier offerings and market trends to align inventory and pricing strategies with customer expectations
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in sales management.
- Proven leadership in managing both sales and operations teams.
- Skills:
- Demonstrated success in sales growth, negotiation, and operational management.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet stringent deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions that balance risk and profitability.
- Seasoned Manager with clear management principles to manage a diverse team and experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
