IT Associate

Scope: We are seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy fresh graduates to join our IT team. As an Associate, you will gain hands-on experience in various IT functions, working closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive training programs covering different IT domains.
• Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of ERP.
• Support user in UAT (End User Testing)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under the guidance of seniors.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
• Document technical processes and create user manuals.
• Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Train clients and end-users on new systems and processes.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and any technical issues that arise.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your skills.

 Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills (interact effectively with client and team member – French/English)
• Strong analytical skill
