Profile:
- A Diploma in Human Resources
- 2 years experience as HR Officer
- Bilingual (English-French)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the filing of all HR Documents; maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information
- Assist the HR Manager in the day to day running of the HR Department
- Support Management Team on disciplinary and grievance issues
- Prepare HR reports as and when required.
- Be involved in the recruitment process, from screening of candidates to conducting interviews
- Any other cognate duties as assigned by Management
