Night Auditor (Preskil Island Resort)

Responsibilities:

• Run night audit
• Listen to guests requests
• Perform check-ins and check-outs of guests 
• Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner
• Transfer charges and deposit to master accounts
• Monitor the current status of coupon, discount and any other promotional programs
• Track rooms revenues, occupancy percentages and other front office statistics
• Prepare summary of cash, cheque and credit card activities
• Update Foreign Currencies rates
• Verify all accounts status
• Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations
• Prepare guest bills for next-day checkouts

Profile:

• Minimum Form V / HSC
• At least 2 years work-related experience in the field
• Experience in hadling cash and general administrative tasks
• Knowledge in accounting procedures and general administrative tasks
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
• Detailed-oriented
