All members of the Food & Beverage Department are responsible for ensuring that visitors to our restaurant are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our food and beverage offerings
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To work as a team with colleagues, to ensure timely service and a smooth running operation.
- To understand and adhere to our policies and Standard Operating Procedures with regard to guest service, how to run the food and beverage operation in outlet, and personal discipline and grooming.
- To ensure all guest orders are accurate, timely and given the utmost attention.
- Delivering an amazing service from the warm welcome into the outlet through the fond farewell every time.
- To have a full knowledge of the services and facilities provided in order to answer any questions the guests may have.
- Demonstrate the ability to upsell on food and beverage menu items.
- Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe work area
- Maintain your station in accordance with standards at all times
- Develop a complete knowledge of menus
