We are looking for a Spa Product & Store Supervisor to join the Wellness and Spa department based at the Head Office in Mapou.
Overview of the role:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics, purchasing, and stock processes of Spa products within the Wellness & Spa team of Seven Colours Spa. This role will also be responsible for ensuring product availability, cost-efficiency and high service quality through close coordination with suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the purchasing, stock management, and storekeeping of all Spa products while implementing updated store processes and FIFO principles.
- Ensure timely, accurate orders and deliveries by managing supplier relations, sourcing new products with the CPO, and performing price benchmarking.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups on satisfaction, complaints, quotations, pricing, and product delivery.
- Perform regular inventory audits and stock analysis using Book4Time and internal systems to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
- Manage store budget and transactions, ensuring prompt payments to suppliers, proper handling of client checks, and regular follow-up with the finance department.
- Oversee product development for spa cabins, amenities, and giveaways, including sourcing, sampling, pricing, compliance checks, and managing PO lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between clients and suppliers to ensure product quality, standards compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines in collaboration with the communication team.
- Supervise incoming materials by inspecting deliveries, verifying quantities and quality, ensuring proper storage, and controlling access to the store section.
- Provide internal and external customer service by addressing requests, handling complaints, and supporting audit requirements through accurate data input and reporting.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Head of Wellness & Spa covering inventory status, stock ageing, and updates on ongoing projects.
Candidate's Profile:
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
- Certificate or Diploma in Storekeeping/Stock Management would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in storekeeping, procurement or stock management is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy including hotel management system or inventory software.
- Knowledge of inventory/stock control procedures.
