The role of the Digital Payment Representative is to provide support to customers using digital payment platforms.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product knowledge: Need to have a good understanding of the product (blink), including its features, benefits, and how it addresses customer needs.
- Identify the target audience for the product and understand their pain points and motivations to effectively tailor their sales approach.
- Register customer and assist to download the app, register with KYC and link bank account.
- Communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the product to potential customers.
- Establish trust, listen to customer concerns, and address them to build a positive rapport.
- Demonstrate persuasive selling techniques, highlighting the benefits of the product and showcasing how it can solve customer problems or improve their financial situation.
- Develop effective sales strategies, such as identifying key selling points, creating compelling sales pitches, call back and handling objections
- Provide excellent customer service. The promoter should be responsive, address customer queries promptly, and provide ongoing support when needed.
- Be persistence and resilience to handle rejections, setbacks, and overcome obstacles in order to achieve their sales targets.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum good HSC
- Candidates with SC and ample experience in Customer Service or Sales can be considered
- At least one year of experience in a customer service / sales will be an advantage
Required Skills and Aptitudes:
- Good communication skills (both French and English)
- Team Player
- Sales and target oriented
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Ability to work under pressure and support both planned and unplanned sales promotion
- Eye for details and ensure excellence in service and visibility
- Positive and can do attitude
