Construction Surveyor/Assistant Construction Surveyor

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist the Construction Surveyor (CS) for the safeguard of the Financial & Contractual rights of the Company.

Are you a meticulous individual with a passion for construction? As an Assistant Construction Surveyor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the financial success and contractual liabilities of our company while maintaining fairness with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. You'll also have the opportunity to advise our management on commercial aspects and contractual obligations related to our construction activities.

And we're also looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Construction Surveyor to lead and groom our Team of Assistant Construction Surveyor to join our Team. You'll be responsible for ensuring our Projects are completed within budget, preparation of accurate monthly financial reports and above all, securing our financial & contractual rights on Projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, as recognized by the RICS.
• At least 3 - 5 years in a quantity surveying role in the Construction Industry, preferably in contracting firm(s).
• Registered Member with The Professional Quantity Surveyors Council in Mauritius (preferred)
