Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the outlet ensuring smooth, efficient service.
Conduct routine inspections and enforce grooming standards.
Lead the outlet team in the absence of the Outlet/Restaurant Manager
Ensure proper shift handovers, manning, and guest satisfaction at all times.
Monitor guest feedback, handle complaints, and ensure follow-ups.
Maintain adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and hygiene protocols
Monitor costs, recommend cost-saving measures, and reduce discrepancies.
Oversee inventory, beverage stock control, and ensure proper documentation.
Proven and satisfactory work-related experience in F&B operation.
Must be computer literate
Ability to work flexible hours
Good planning and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure
