Duties & Responsibilities :
-Prepare monthly management reports, quarterly reports and the annual reports.
-Prepare budgets, forecasts, and other financial plans.
Ensure timely reporting to meet standards and deadlines.
-Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the accounting records and compliance with IFRS.
-Ensure internal controls are in place and that existing policies and procedures are adhered to.
-Overview internal and external audit meetings.
-Supervision of payments, receipt vouchers, bank deposits, cash registers, bank, and reconciliations.
-Follow up on account receivables and payables.
