RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interprets and implement quality systems in the hotel to ensure quality service to the guest.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all quality standards
- Responsible to advise and assist the management on continual improvement of the quality systems.
- Ensure effective and efficient implementation (if any), maintenance, coordination and continual improvement of the quality systems of the hotel (including food safety, TQM, environment, health and safety among others)
REQUIREMENT:
- A Bachelor's degree in food science
- Minimum experience in quality and food safety
- Possess good MS Office skills
OTHER REQUIREMENT:
- Experience in HACCP, ISO 9001, Internal/external audits would be an advantage
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills(Written & Verbal) both English & French
- Ability to work in a team to solve problems or improve systems
- Analytical skills
- Well versed with relevant laws, regulations and standards
- Be fully aware of the Safety & Health Policy and Emergency procedure
