Maintenance Coordinator

Unicorn (MSJ Ltd) is recruiting a Maintenance Coordinator.

Main responsibilities include:

-          Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing; painting and minor electrical repairs

-           Maintain proper relationships with all partners and stakeholders of the Company.

-          Work in close relationship with the Health & Safety Officer

Preventive Maintenance

-          Regular inspection of equipment and facilities

-          Implementing preventive maintenance programs

Facility Management

-          Reporting on conditions of facilities and equipment

-         Obtain feedback on overnight security

Others

-          Attending weekly operational meetings

-          Checking of water level in both users and irrigation water tank

-          Monitoring of recycling of plastic and carton boxes

-          Monthly testing of generator at Champ de Mars and Plaine Lauzun
