To ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure within the organization by providing technical support, maintaining networks and hardware, and assisting in the implementation of IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data security.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Maintain and monitor computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware.
Ensure data backups, system updates, and security protocols are effectively implemented.
Support IT-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support requests.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and security best practices.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
