Customer Experience Agent

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible to deliver excellent Customer Experience to Lottotech customers and retailers

The incumbent will report to the Retail Operations & Customer Experience Manager and the main duties will be:

 Key Role / Responsibilities:

• To operate the Lottotech Counter or any Lottotech Point of Sales and perform duties related to Lottotech Ltd products.
• To sell all Lottotech Products including Sales & Marketing campaigns and other initiatives
• To ensure customer prizes are paid in line with regulatory and internal policies/procedures
• To maintain the cash till with reconciliation at beginning and end of day or at any specific time period within working hours
• To act as Winner Coordinator in the Winner Experience Process
• To assist the Retail Operations & Customer Experience Manager in his/her process in the Retail Management Operations
• To maintain and coordinate the Cash Handling / Balance for all Lottotech Kiosks
• To give the necessary support for weekly shift coverage to the Customer Experience Department Call Centre as when required
• To give the necessary support for weekly shift coverage to Lottotech Kiosks as when required.
• To act as backup to Customer Experience Agent – Call Centre

 Profile:

• Diploma in Sales/Marketing or relevant field
• At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service and/or relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pay attention to details and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Good organisation and planning skills
