Marketing and Communication Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Assistant for our real estate agency, Côté Sud based in Black River, and Anbalaba real estate program based in Baie du Cap.

Main Responsibilities:

• Write and upload property listings marketed by the agency on the website and various platforms
• Update the website (Wordpress) and platforms
• Manage subscriptions to platforms
• Collect incoming customer leads and distribute them to agents
• Serve as a link between clients/prospects and field agents as well as the marketing team (bi-weekly reporting of activities)
• Participate in property photoshoots with agents to create videos for social media (storytelling)
• Social media management: Post on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and manage paid posts

Profile:

We are primarily looking for a motivated person, capable of working on a variety of tasks, with excellent customer relations skills (greeting and phone handling).

Autonomy, versatility, and dynamism are prerequisites. Perfect command of both written French and English is mandatory. A passion for social media and digital tools is a big plus. The selected candidate should be proactive in promoting the brand.

Additional Information:

The position is based between Rivière Noire and Baie du Cap (specific days at each site to be determined).

Some travel is required, so a driving license and a personal vehicle are an advantage. Training on social media and digital tools, including Wordpress, will be provided.
