Procurement Representative

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:

• Provide daily support to clients (contacts from Finance Departments, Purchasing Departments, IT Departments) to maintain operational conditions for software solutions (SAP, SAP
  Ariba, related applications),
• Support end users in their adoption and mastery of these solutions,
• Collect, analyze and process incidents responsively,
• Participate in the implementation of requested developments and carry out the
  associated settings,
• Write & execute unit and non-regression test cases,
• Updating functional documents and operating guides/procedures,
• Assist Acxias teams around the world in carrying out their missions,
• Ensure technological monitoring in order to put into practice the latest developments in the solution (test & learn)

MANDATORY REQUIRED SKILLS:

• IT training (Engineer or equivalent)
• First experience in customer support / IT configuration
• SAP knowledge (ideally SAP MM or FICO OR LE OR SD)
• French & English required
• Knowledge of ticketing tools (such as ServiceNow, Zoho, or others) that may have been used during Maintenance missions (TMA)
• Experience: TMA level 2 or 3 / SAP project.
