From our office in Mauritius, we assist individuals in the UK by managing their financial recovery process, handling paperwork, and communicating with creditors, debtors, solicitors and other parties over phone or email to find the best solution for their situation.
Your Role
As a Customer Contact Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients who need help or have questions. Your role involves listening to their concerns, providing clear information, and ensuring they get the assistance they need.
This means:
- Answering customer queries via phone, email, and online chat.
- Helping clients understand their financial options and processes.
- Investigating issues and ensuring they are resolved quickly.
- Keeping accurate records of client interactions.
- Escalating complex issues to the right team for further assistance.
- Ensuring every client receives professional and excellent service.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals with:
- A Higher School Certificate (HSC)
- Diploma or Degree Holder (Business, Communications, or related fields are a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- A friendly and professional attitude.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in financial services, debt recovery, or customer service (email/phone) is a plus.

- Customer Support (UK): 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM /12:00 PM – 8:30 PM / 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM / 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Customer Support (Canada): 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
