To clean and service guest rooms in an efficient and timely manner according to hotel standards ensuring the hotel achieves its guest satisfaction objectives at all times.
- To ensure that the hotel standards of cleanliness and set-up are maintained in the assigned rooms.
- To collect the section key and room assignment report from the housekeeping office.
- To ensure that all guest supplies and linen are available on trolleys for assigned rooms.
- To clean each room and bathroom thoroughly, make the necessary arrangements in the guest rooms and replenish guest supplies.
- To inspect and clean all facilities, furniture and fixtures, and report any damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor for action and follow-up
- To collect soiled linen in floor pantry, sort it and send it to the laundry.
- To attend to guest request and queries courteously and promptly while on duty.
- To complete information for the room status report for the allocated rooms marking their status (occupied, check-out, vacant, etc.).
- To report to Housekeeping Supervisor any unusual incidents, complaints, unauthorized persons in rooms or on floors, missing or damaged hotel property, lost and found items.
- To clean service toilets and pantries.
- To restock daily cluster pantries and trolleys as per par stock level.
- To clean and store cleaning equipment and ensure effective stock rotation and stack all stocks neatly in the pantry.
- To return all master keys at the end of the shift.
