The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Logistics Operations Manager and will be responsible for the overall control of the day to day activities of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Collect, Control and Remit daily receipts to AR Dept.
- Initiate procedures for discrepancies in daily deliveries.
- Investigate and Report Return of Goods.
- Assist the Logistics Department in the Fleet Management.
- Supervise reception of containers in stores.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- HSC with good 'A' levels.
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics Management or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in English and French + MS Office.
- 3 years of proven working experience in a commercial environment.
OTHER REQUISITES
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organisational skills and sense of urgency.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Working Hours: From 07.00 a.m to 04.30 p.m (Mon - Fri) and 07.00 a.m to 12.00 (Sat)
Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
