The job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the staff recruitment and onboarding process including, but not limited to, drafting job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, organising interviews, performing background checks, assisting with selection, drafting employment contracts and induction.
- Assist the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements and company/Group policies.
- Participate in the drafting of the department’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure that policies, procedures, agreements and legal regulations are implemented and complied with.
- Produce accurate, timely and up to date dashboard and reports as and when required.
- Provide assistance and support including, but not limited to, human resources planning, performance reviews, human resources policy, industrial relations issues and payroll.
- Participate in the development and implementation of human resources projects and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing the Learning Needs Analysis and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Coordinate the expatriate management process.
Qualifications & Experience
- Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Other Requisites
- Proficiency in labour legislation.
- Holder of a valid driving licence.
- Ability to deal with confidential or sensitive information and handle conflict situations with a high degree of honesty and integrity.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in close collaboration with all levels of employees.
- Ability to maintain a high level of service.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
