Accounting Manager / Assistant Accounting Manager

Qualification: ACCA or Equivalent
Years of Experience: 4-5 Years
Salary: USD 1,800 – 2,000

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Budgets & MIS Reports:

  • Preparation of budgets and management information system (MIS) reports.

• Accounting & Bookkeeping:

  • Accounting and maintaining of books.

• Financial Statements & Auditing:

  • Preparation of statutory financial statements on an annual basis.
  • Liaison with Mauritian auditors for completion of the annual audit.

• Tax Compliance:

  • Preparation of tax computation on a quarterly basis (APS returns).
  • Annual tax return filing.

• Intercompany Reconciliation & Banking:

  • Intercompany account reconciliation.
  • Banking assignments.

• Compliance Management:

  • Ensure that local and international compliance requirements are implemented and followed.

• Stakeholder Interaction:

  • Interacting with stakeholders and representing the organization.

• Transaction Processing:

  • Ensuring swift processing of transactions on a daily basis.

• Bank Liaison:

  • Liaison with banks for transactional purposes.

• Reporting to Management:

  • Submission of timely reports to management.
