TECHNICAL LEAD - CLOUD AVENUE
Missions:
You're accountable for realizing and maintaining clients' technical environments in operational condition. Key responsibilities include evaluating, constructing, and supporting department clients.
• You lead projects alongside clients to design their environments.
• You provide technical training and support to clients.
• You intervene at a high level during critical incidents.
• You oversee all improvements to the virtualized platform.
• You consolidate knowledge in our internal documentation.
• You drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Essentials:
• Solid understanding of virtualization technology.
• Proficiency in IT system and network administration.
• Mastery of LAN / WAN network architectures.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with clients and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Professional-level proficiency in English.
Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology related field
Certifications in Linux and/or Windows, VMware, Networking
Experience:
Minimum 4 years’ Experience in a medium/large production environment.
Experience in virtualization and advanced knowledge in infrastructure management will be an advantage.
