Production Supervisor - Factory

Production Supervisor is someone who supervises and oversees the production processes and production personnel

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assigning responsibilities to production employees
• Coaching employees
• Supervising and monitoring employees
• Conducting reviews for personnel performance
• Compiling production records
• Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
• Preparing work schedules
• Maintaining quality service
• Ensuring production plans are completed in time
• Communicating with other manufacturing departments
• Identifying and troubleshooting production issues
• Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment
• Prepare daily reports to present to the Production Manager for review
• MRP – plans, controls and forecasts the inventory level of raw materials and production needed based on current customer demand and future demand.
• QMS - Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control program
• GMP – Devise, implement and ensure good manufacturing process are followed

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Production or similar field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Production Supervisor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to lead a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work long hours
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

CONDITIONS

• Place of work is located in La Tour Koenig, Pointe-aux-sables
• Working hours: 7:00 - 16.30
• Working days: Mon-Fri and Sat
• Overtime is remunerated
• Having own transport is favorable.
