Maintenance Officer

Supervising and leading a team of maintenance technicians, mechanics and Plumbing.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and leading a team of maintenance technicians, mechanics and Plumbing.
• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and plans using CMMS
• Coordinating preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and equipment failures.
• Ensuring compliance with maintenance standards and procedures.
• Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Contractor Coordination
• Available for emergency maintenance situations, such as equipment breakdowns.

Profile:

• Diploma or B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years experience minimum
• Very good knowledge of IT tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Be proactive, manage the unexpected and able to work in a team
• Experience in poultry farming would be an advantage
• Holder of a valid Driver's license
• Promoter for animal welfare
