We are seeking a skilled and experienced Configuration and Knowledge Coordinator to join our operation team.
Responsibilities:
Manage the records of various configuration items, including hardware, software, documentation, and other components within the organization.
Collaborate with different departments to gather configuration requirements and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Create and maintain documentation related to configuration processes, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, team leads, and team members to identify critical knowledge areas and create comprehensive knowledge repositories.
Regularly update and review knowledge resources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Generate and update user manuals, training materials, and other documentation to support internal teams and customers.
Implement knowledge management strategies to capture, organize, and distribute information effectively.
Provide training sessions to joiners and different teams on configuration management practices and the use of knowledge resources.
Offer support to joiners and different teams seeking assistance with configuration-related issues or knowledge queries.
Perform activities that are intended to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of different teams.
Keep training materials up-to-date and track progression of employees involved in training activities.
Work closely with different teams to ensure seamless integration of configuration and knowledge management into existing workflows.
Foster a collaborative culture that encourages the sharing of information and best practices.
