You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. In addition, you will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problem, and determine and implement solutions.
Duties
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person over the phone or via email and follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Write training manuals and train computer users.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Respond to email messages from customers seeking help.
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem and walk customer through problem-solving process.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software and peripherals.
- Clean up computers and run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in relevant field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the IT sector
- Prior work experience in PBX
- Knowledge in Windows and Linux
- Experience in Cloud System
- Strong Computer Skills
- Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems,
- Familiarity with both PC and Mac Hardware and Software,
- Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis,
- Good Communication Skills,
- Good writing and editing Skills
- Relevant education in Computer Repairs and Troubleshooting
Ability to work on shift system and odd hours
The salary package will be determined based on individual experience.
