Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and business partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by providing professional reception, administrative, and customer service support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the visitors' register and ensure that all visitor procedures and security protocols are adhered to.
- Handle customer queries and assistance requests efficiently and in line with established service standards.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and other correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
- Maintain a professional reception area and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a customer service, reception, or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and administrative skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Well-organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
