Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and business partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by providing professional reception, administrative, and customer service support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front office.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the visitors' register and ensure that all visitor procedures and security protocols are adhered to.
  • Handle customer queries and assistance requests efficiently and in line with established service standards.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and other correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
  • Maintain a professional reception area and contribute to a positive customer experience.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a customer service, reception, or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and administrative skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Well-organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
