Join CFAO as an IT Analyst – Mauritius
Are you passionate about IT support and eager to grow your career in a dynamic, international environment? CFAO, a leading group with a strong presence across Africa, is looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join our IT Support Center in Port Louis, Mauritius.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide IT support and monitor the group’s IT infrastructure using advanced supervision and administration tools
- Manage user identities (Active Directory & Entra ID) and M365 platform features
- Administer Windows Server, Linux, VMWare, and deployment solutions
- Oversee daily backup controls and basic network/security (TCP-IP, VLAN, Firewall, DHCP, DNS)
- Diagnose and resolve first-level incidents, escalate as needed, and handle requests from group subsidiaries
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and contribute to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in IT with 1–2 years’ experience in IT support
- Good command of ITIL (a plus)
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Able to work autonomously, manage priorities, and perform under pressure
- Willingness to learn, contribute, and work in a dynamic, 24/7 rotating environment
