Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across the organization.

  • Coordinate the procurement of IT equipment, including laptops, mobile devices and peripherals, following Corporate IT policies and manager approval workflows.

  • Asset Management
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.

  •            Microsoft client operational systems Installation and Configuration (W10+).

  •            Microsoft server operational systems Installation and Configuration (W2016+).

  •            Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

  •            Familiarity with Google Workspace.

  •            Assist with Microsoft 365, email, and collaboration tools support.

  •            Linux OS Server configuration and administration (Ubuntu/RedHat).

  •            Active Directory, Domain Controller and GPO management.

  •            Bare Metal Server Deployments and Management (HP and Dell)

  •            Provide first and second-level technical support to end users.

  •            Patch and Backup management procedures.

  •            Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software assets.

  •            Coordinate with vendors and third-party support providers when required.

  •            Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.

  •            Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.

                 Participate in IT projects, deployments, and system upgrades.
  •            Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices. 

If you want this position to be yours, here is what we are looking for in a candidate:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/IT or any relevant certifications.

    • CompTIA A+/N+ and Microsoft Certifications will be an advantage.

    • Experience in Office 365 and VMWare will be an advantage.

    • Knowledge in MAC will be an advantage.

    • 2+ years of experience in a similar position

    • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.

    • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

    • Experience with Active Directory and user administration.

    • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management practices.

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    • Good level of English (spoken and written)

    • Able to work under pressure and work with a team

    • Ability to prioritize

    • Available to travel

    • Experience supporting remote users and hybrid work environments.
