We are looking for an energetic and articulate Customer Service Consultant to join our team and respond to questions and requests from our members/panelists. The Customer Service Consultant's responsibilities include responding to queries/complaints, resolving issues and providing information on our questionnaires.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and spoken French and English. They should have professional demeanour and strong customer service. Your contacts will be based in Bilendi's various offices in Europe: Paris, London, Milan, Leuven, Berlin, Cologne, Odense.
Your responsibilities:
- Understand and analyse panelist/member complaints.
- Responding to tickets, processing complaints/complaints from our panellists on a ticketing platform.
- Ensuring panellist/member satisfaction.
- Awarding winnings or points to panellists/members.
- Handling complaints and working closely with project managers.
- Supporting the team with other tasks (depending on FR, IT and other complaints)
- Handling the integration of gifts
- Carrying out quality control and monitoring new panel members.
Profile required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A diploma or degree in a related field may be advantageous.
- You speak and write French and English perfectly and if you understand any foreign language that would be a plus.
- Good data entry skills.
- Solid working knowledge of computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Thoroughness, organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- You are an excellent communicator and enjoy working as part of a team.
