1. Keep the store clean, organized, and safe 

2. Proceed with unloading of incoming goods from trucks and containers

3. Assist in receiving cosmetics products and checking quantities and packaging condition

4. Proceed with sorting and storing items in assigned locations

5. Ensure product are handled according to cosmetic quality and hygiene standards

6. Assist storekeeper and assistant storekeeper in daily tasks

7. Report damaged, missing, or non-conform products to the storekeeper 

8. Keep goods stored safely in an organised manner in bin of location (no product stored on floor)

9. Proceed with picking, packing and preparation of orders according to FIFO principle.

10. Ensure export orders are accurately prepared according to required documentation and standards

11. Arrange products properly in cartons to prevent product from damaging during transportation

12. Ensure accurate shipping information is noted on cartons and move completed orders to shipping area.

13. Place orders on pallets, secure them with shrink wrap to ensure safe transfer to loading bay.

14. Ensure pallets are loaded in the correct loading bay

15. Inform the storekeeper of any QSE non-compliance

16. Reorganize stock to optimize storage space for forthcoming receipts.

17. Assist storekeeper in daily cycle count / periodic count and inventories.

18 Ensure periodic checks of fire extinguishers.

19. Report if air-conditioner is not working properly.

20. Dispatch and collect administrative documents

21. Back up co-workers if necessary

22. Advise potential risks and potential gains for Grays.

23. Prepare to work odd hours and Saturdays
