Our client is looking for a Plant Maintenance Technician.

Purpose of the Role

To perform preventive and corrective maintenance on batching plants and related equipment to ensure continuous production and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily inspections of plant equipment. 
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks. 
• Repair breakdowns promptly. 
• Inspect conveyors, mixers, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, and batching equipment. 
• Assist with plant shutdowns and major maintenance. 
• Report abnormalities and maintenance needs. 
• Maintain housekeeping in maintenance areas. 
• Follow safety procedures.

Desired Experience

• 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience. 
• Experience on concrete batching plants preferred. 
• Ability to diagnose equipment failures
•  

Preferred Qualifications

• NC3/NC4, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance. 
• Welding certification is an advantage.
