Purpose of the Role

To plan, coordinate, supervise, and control all maintenance activities for mixer trucks, pump trucks, and light vehicles to ensure maximum availability, reliability, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities. 
• Manage external contractors. 
• Plan and monitor maintenance schedules. 
• Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables. 
• Monitor equipment performance and downtime. 
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electromechanical issues and analyze breakdowns and implement corrective actions. 
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures. 
• Manage maintenance budgets and costs. 
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Operations teams. 
• Prepare maintenance reports and KPIs.

Desired Experience

• 5–10 years maintenance experience. 
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role. 
• Experience in Construction Equipment, Heavy Vehicle, Manufacturing, or Industrial Plant environment. 
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, compressors
• Ability to develop Preventive Maintenance schedules and allocate resources
• Ability to investigate recurring breakdowns
• Ability to manage contractors
• Well versed with Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. 
• Valid driving licence.
