We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and passionate Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, growing our online presence, and helping communicate our wellness, mental health, and hospitality offerings to local and international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media platforms
-Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels
-Plan, schedule, and publish social media content

-Manage queries and bookings and liaise with the multidisciplinary team
-Create reels, stories, promotional videos, and marketing campaigns
-Write engaging captions, blogs, newsletters, and website content
-Capture content during events, guest experiences, treatments, and activities
-Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and maintain online community engagement
-Work closely with management to implement marketing and branding strategies
-Track performance metrics and provide regular social media reports

Requirements:
• Experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience within hospitality, wellness, tourism, or healthcare industries would be an advantage
• Candidates residing in the North, East, or Centre of Mauritius will be preferred
• Own transport is essential
