Job Description
We're Olive Creek Retreats - a wellness, mental health, and hospitality space doing things differently. We're on the hunt for a Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator who lives for a great reel, obsesses over captions, and genuinely believes that rest and healing deserve beautiful storytelling.
what you'll actually do
Shoot, edit, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn - the whole squad
Create reels, stories, and campaigns that make people stop mid-scroll
Write captions, blogs, and newsletters that actually sound human
Capture real moments - events, treatments, guest experiences, activities
Manage our online community (DMs, comments, the whole conversation)
Track what's working and share insights with the team
Help with bookings and liaising across our multidisciplinary crew
you bring
A strong eye for photo and video
Confidence with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
Killer writing - captions to long-form
Self-starter energy, deadline-friendly
Some experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
nice to have
Background in wellness, hospitality, tourism, or healthcare
Based in the North, East, or Centre of Mauritius
Own transport (essential)
