Sofitel Mauritius L'Impérial Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced and dynamic Laundry Manager to oversee the overall operations of the Laundry Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of laundry, linen, uniform and pool towel operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene and guest satisfaction. The role includes leading and developing the laundry team, managing linen inventories and budgets, monitoring productivity, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, implementing quality standards and working closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Sound knowledge of laundry operations, linen control and quality standards.
• Good organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
