Job Description

Sofitel Mauritius L'Impérial Resort & Spa is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Kitchen Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Kitchen Department.

The successful candidate will assist the Executive Chef and Kitchen Management Team with administrative duties, including report preparation, correspondence, attendance and overtime monitoring, stock and requisition follow-up, coordination with other departments, and maintenance of kitchen records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • HSC / A-Level 
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations would be an advantage.
