Main Duties:

• Receive and review customer orders for sugar cubes and Dina sugar products.
• Verify product specifications, packaging formats, quantities, and delivery deadlines.
• Enter and monitor orders in the ERP - Netsuite/order management system.
• Ensure orders are confirmed and communicated to relevant departments.
• Monitor order progress through the manufacturing process.
• Anticipate production constraints and adjust timelines where necessary.
• Ensure priority orders or export shipments are clearly communicated to production teams.
• Serve as the main contact point between sales teams and internal departments.
• Handle customer queries related to orders, packaging, specifications, and shipment.
• Monitor stock levels of finished goods, packaging / raw materials, and key components.
• Coordinate with procurement or warehouse teams to ensure availability of packaging materials (boxes, wrapping film, labels, etc.).
• Coordinate with logistics teams to organize dispatches and shipment schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation is prepared for deliveries and export orders.
• Ensure orders comply with product specifications, labeling requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain order tracking reports and delivery performance indicators.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize order processing and production planning.

Qualifications & Experience

• SC, HSC with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
