Your Responsibilities:

• Accurate entry of financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Preparation and reconciliation of bank accounts and ledgers.
• Timely VAT filing and compliance with tax regulations.
• Preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
• Handling tax filing obligations in line with statutory requirements.
• Preparation of monthly payslips for employees.
• Submission of CSG, NSF, and PAYE contributions.
• Liaise with external stakeholders (banks, auditors, tax authorities) when required.

Your Profile:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance roles will be an advantage.
