Job Description
Position purpose:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Food
& Beverage Manager will provide strategic direction and operational
leadership across all Food & Beverage operations of the resort, including
restaurants, bars, in-villa dining, banqueting, events, and culinary services.
This key leadership role is responsible for
delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance,
fostering innovation, and developing high-performing teams. The successful
candidate will ensure that every dining experience reflects the excellence,
sophistication, and personalized service standards of a world-class luxury
resort.
Key Responsibilities
Operational
Leadership
- Lead, manage, and oversee all Food & Beverage
operations throughout the resort.
- Ensure seamless coordination and consistently
high service standards across all outlets.
- Drive a culture of guest-centric service
excellence and operational efficiency.
Guest
Experience & Service Excellence
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance
guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain the highest standards of luxury
hospitality, personalized service, and guest engagement.
- Proactively monitor guest feedback and implement
continuous improvement strategies.
Financial
& Commercial Performance
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and
financial performance.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost
optimization initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement
action plans to achieve business objectives.
Culinary
Innovation & Development
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to
develop innovative dining concepts, menus, and guest experiences.
- Identify emerging industry trends and introduce
creative Food & Beverage offerings that enhance the resort's
positioning.
People
Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop a
high-performing Food & Beverage team.
- Foster employee engagement, accountability, and a
culture of excellence.
- Support talent development and succession
planning initiatives.
Compliance
& Quality Assurance
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety,
hygiene, and quality standards.
- Maintain operational procedures in line with
company policies and regulatory requirements.
Supplier
& Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
suppliers and business partners.
- Support procurement strategies to ensure quality,
consistency, and value.
Events
& Resort Experiences
- Lead the planning and execution of special events,
VIP experiences, and resort activation.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery during high-profile functions and guest events.
What we’re looking for
Essential
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree
or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business
Administration, or related field.
- Minimum
7 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least
3 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong
knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.
- Demonstrated
experience managing multiple outlets and diverse teams.
- Proven
track record in driving revenue growth, profitability, and guest
satisfaction.
- Excellent
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong
analytical and financial management capabilities.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
