Compliance & Safety: Enforcing health, safety, and security guidelines reflects responsibility and risk management.
Performance Management: Conducting evaluations and supporting HR tasks shows involvement in staff development.
Brand Standards: Maintaining displays and presentation ties directly to customer experience and brand image.
To perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by higher Management. Note: This role may require working on weekends, public holidays, and evenings, and involves extended periods of standing and occasional lifting of stock
