We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Clerk to join our dynamic team in Port Louis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

The Account Clerk will be responsible for a variety of essential functions, including:

  • Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
  • Processing invoices, payments, and payroll
  • Reconciling bank statements and assisting in month-end closing procedures
  • Providing support during audits and helping to implement corrective actions
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve any discrepancies
