Ideco Ltd looking for a dependable and hardworking Driver / Helper to join our flooring installation team. The candidate will be responsible for transporting fitters and materials to various work sites while providing hands-on assistance during flooring installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive installation team to and from installation sites.
• Prepare work areas before installation.
• Clean and tidy installation sites before, during, and after work.
• Remove flooring and other materials from packaging.
• Assist with measuring, cutting, and preparing flooring materials.
• Collect, remove, and dispose of rubbish and waste materials safely.
• Support flooring installers with general site duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Valid driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work and lifting.
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in flooring, construction, or a similar field is an advantage but not essential.
