We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and patient-centred Medical Doctor to join our multidisciplinary wellness and recovery team.

This is a unique opportunity to work within an integrative environment supporting individuals with mental health challenges, chronic stress, burnout, addiction and overall wellbeing concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct medical consultations and assessments
• Develop and oversee treatment plans for clients
• Monitor patient progress and wellbeing
• Collaborate with counsellors, therapists, nurses, and wellness practitioners
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
• Provide compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care

Requirements:
• Fully registered Medical Doctor
• Valid licence to practise in Mauritius
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in mental health, addiction medicine, wellness, or integrative healthcare
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in general practice, psychiatry, addiction medicine, internal medicine, or wellness medicine would be an advantage
• Candidates residing in the North, East, or Centre of Mauritius will be preferred
• Own transport is essential
