Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport the Director, family members, staff, and guests as required.
• Plan routes and adjust travel schedules according to traffic conditions, appointments, and operational requirements.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, fuel management, and the timely renewal of registration, insurance, and other vehicle-related documentation.
• Carry out collections and transportation of supplies, equipment, animal feed, and other household or business-related items.
• Provide support within the Company's operations during periods when driving duties are not required, including administrative assistance, deliveries, site support, and other general operational tasks.
• Act as a messenger and company representative for deliveries, collections, banking, purchases, and other errands.
• Assist with household and property-related duties, including basic gardening, cleaning, maintenance support, and general upkeep as required.
• Provide assistance with personal and family-related tasks as directed by the Director.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, professionalism, and personal presentation at all times.
• Be flexible with working hours and available to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays when operational needs require.

Requirements:

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver.
• Honest, dependable, and well-presented.
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks.
• Flexible working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends when required.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
