Team Leader – Appointment Setting (Australian Market)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and develop a team of Appointment Setters working on the Australian market. You will be responsible for driving performance, coaching team members, achieving targets, and ensuring high-quality appointment generation for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Appointment Setters.
• Monitor daily performance and KPI achievement.
• Conduct coaching sessions, call listening, and team briefings.
• Improve conversion rates and appointment quality.
• Track and analyse team results and performance metrics.
• Ensure sales representatives' diaries are effectively managed.
• Implement action plans to improve team performance.
• Maintain a positive and results-driven team environment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years' experience in a Team Leader or Sales Management role.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, or a contact centre environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Results-oriented with strong KPI management experience.
• Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication skills.
