About Us
Les Brûleries de la Fournaise is one of Mauritius' leading coffee roasters and the company behind Dodo Café and Café La Fournaise. We provide premium coffee, coffee equipment and beverage solutions across Mauritius.
We are looking for a motivated Commercial Executive to develop our Coffee Solutions division, focusing on corporate accounts, office coffee solutions, home coffee, coffee equipment and specialty retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales of our coffee solutions to offices, businesses and corporate accounts.
- Promote our range of coffee machines, coffee beans, capsules and brewing equipment.
- Grow our Home Coffee segment through partnerships, events and customer engagement.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and customer presentations.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and coffee tastings.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure a high level of service.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations and technical teams to support commercial growth.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, account management or business development.
- Experience in coffee, food & beverage, FMCG, equipment sales or B2B sales would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, organised and results-oriented.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Valid driving licence required.
