About Us
Les Brûleries de la Fournaise is one of Mauritius' leading coffee roasters and the company behind Dodo Café and Café La Fournaise. We supply premium coffee, equipment and beverage solutions to hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices and retailers across the island.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Executive to develop and manage our HORECA business segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within hotels, restaurants, cafés and foodservice accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, coffee tastings and equipment demonstrations.
- Follow up on quotations, contracts and commercial agreements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Work closely with our technical and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, business development or account management.
- Experience in hospitality, foodservice, FMCG or beverage industries would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and target-oriented.
- Valid driving licence required.
