Admin & HR Officer – Brief Job Description


The Admin & HR Officer is responsible for managing the company’s administrative operations and supporting all human resource functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.


Key Responsibilities


Human Resources (HR)


* Maintain employee records and personnel files.

* Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

* Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documents.

* Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and staff movements.

* Coordinate payroll information with the finance department.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

* Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.

* Organize staff training and performance evaluations.


Administration


* Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

* Coordinate office operations and administrative procedures.

* Maintain company records, licenses, and official documents.

* Handle correspondence, emails, and filing systems.

* Arrange meetings, travel bookings, and company events.

* Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and government authorities.

* Support management with reports and administrative tasks.


Skills & Qualifications


* Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

* Good knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.


Reporting To


* General Manager / Managing Director / HR Manager (depending on company structure).

To ensure efficient administration of company operations while supporting the recruitment, development, and well-being of employees.
