Brand Executive

Location: Terre Rouge, Mauritius

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
  • Saturday: 07:30 AM – 01:00 PM

About the Role

Our client, a well-established company based in Terre Rouge, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing brand strategies, driving product visibility, and supporting business growth through effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to increase market share and enhance brand awareness.
  • Ensure brand consistency and accuracy of product information across all communication channels and platforms.
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct regular market visits and provide recommendations to improve brand performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, buyers, suppliers, and sales teams to support promotional activities and in-store visibility.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
  • Analyse sales data, consumer insights, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor weekly sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support new product launches and relaunches.
  • Develop and manage Point-of-Sale (POS) materials and promotional tools to maximize product visibility in retail outlets.
  • Follow up on deliveries, returns, product listings, facings, planograms, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure products maintain strong visibility and availability across existing and new distribution channels.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or a similar role would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driving licence
